Kurono Shipping Policy 

At Kurono, we are committed to delivering high-quality press-on nails with careful attention to every detail. Below, you'll find our shipping guidelines, lead times, and important information about our products.

1. Processing and Shipping Times 

• Order Processing: All orders are processed within 2 business days. Orders are not processed or shipped on weekends or holidays.
• Shipping Confirmation: Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking details via email or your preferred mode of contact.

2. Lead Time for Orders 

• Local Orders (Website): Approximately 2-3 weeks from the date of purchase.
• International Orders (Website): Approximately 3-6 weeks from the date of purchase.
• Custom Orders (Website & Instagram): Custom orders can take up to 6 weeks or more to complete depending on complexity, please check with our artists during the planning phase on the lead time.
• Design Complexity: Please note that lead times can vary depending on the complexity of the designs and the volume of orders for the month.

3. Shipping Delays 

While we understand that everyone wants to get their hands on their sets asap, shipping delays might occur due to unexpected courier volume. Though we appreciate your patience in waiting for your sets, Kurono will not be liable for any delay in shipment. If you are worried that your parcel is lost, please contact Kurono or our courier services immediately.
