What are your refund policies? 

Kurono maintains a strict no-refund policy under the following circumstances:

Incorrect Sizing or Measurements: Customers are responsible for selecting the correct size and providing accurate measurements. Refunds will not be issued for sets ordered with incorrect sizing.

Faulty Sets: Our team conducts thorough quality checks before shipping. Kurono is not liable for any damages caused by the courier.

Incorrect Address or Lost Mail: All shipping information provided during checkout is the customer's responsibility. Refunds will not be issued for orders sent to the wrong address or for lost mail due to incorrect information.

Courier Delivery Errors: While Kurono will assist in locating your package, we are not liable for delivery mistakes made by the courier service. If you suspect that your order has been delievered to the wrong address, please contact our courier/team ASAP.

Dissatisfaction with Design: Our artists dedicate significant time to crafting each set. During custom consultations, please clearly communicate your vision and any specific preferences or exclusions to avoid dissatisfaction.

Unauthorized Chargebacks: Any chargebacks not discussed and resolved with our team will result in legal action.

We keep detailed tabs on every orders process, including photos of our artists progress for each set, to protect our artists time and labour in making each set.

In the event that you have recieved the wrong set, please send us detailed proof and we will arrange a return and issue you the correct set unless arranged otherwise. Kurono is not liable for faulty sets that are damaged during the delivery process as all sets are properly vetted and inspected before being sent out.   

 

What are your return policies? 

Kurono maintains a strict no-return policy under all circumstances. Due to the rise in contactless diseases, we do not accept or initiate returns for any set(s) for hygiene-related reasons.

 

Service Suspension Notice

In the event that any member of our team is infected with severe contactless diseases, Kurono will halt all services and make an announcement to keep our customers informed. 

 

Variations in Design 

For custom sets, if you are not satisfied with our design drafts, please let our team know while it is still being planned. Before our artists start on a custom set, we will send design drafts/plans out. During this process, you are allowed to let us know if there needs to be any changes made. Once a set is started, we will not allow any changes to be made. Rest assured our team will draft our designs extensively with you to ensure that your ideas are set into motion.

While our artists aim to match your preferred art styles for custom sets, variations in style and composition may occur, akin to handmade items. We kindly request your flexibility and trust in our artistic direction when receiving your sets.

 

Delivery Policy 

Once orders have been passed to the courier, customers assume full liability for them and are responsible for keeping track of their orders via their respective tracking numbers.

Kurono is not liable for any lost mail, delivery mistakes, or delays caused by the courier. To minimise the risk of such occurrences, please ensure that your address, postal codes, and block/unit numbers are double-checked for accuracy.

Tax and other extra fees 

For international shoppers, please note that additional charges such as duties, taxes, and clearance fees may be applicable to your order. These fees will be absorbed by the buyer.
