By booking a slot with Kurono, you agree to all our studio's terms and conditions.

1. No-shows or lateness of 20 minutes or more will result in your deposit being forfeited. Deposits are strictly non-refundable.
2. Appointments may be rescheduled up to 48 hours (2 days) in advance. In such cases, your deposit will be retained and transferred to the new slot. Reschedules made less than 48 hours before the appointment will result in your deposit being forfeited. 1 reschedule is allowed per deposit.
3. Upon booking a slot, the deposit must be made within 30 minutes otherwise your slot will be forfeited.
4. The remaining balance of your set will be collected at the end of your session. We accept exact cash, PayNow, and PayLah! only. Late payments and installments are not accepted.
5. Kurono is not liable for any gel allergies or skin reactions. If you have experienced extreme itchiness from gel products or have a history of skin sensitivities such as contact dermatitis, please inform your artist prior to the session or during the online design consultation.
6. We do not allow pets in the studio at the moment.
7. While we do our best to meet your expectations, please understand that all designs are hand-drawn—minor differences from reference photos may occur.
8. Kindly help us maintain a respectful environment. If at any point our artists feel unsafe or threatened, the appointment will be terminated immediately.
9. Slots are strictly by appointment only. Walk-ins are not accepted and will be turned away. Please schedule your appointment through our booking page.
10. I strictly do not do acrylic removals. Customers that show up without notice will be turned down.

Deposits are required to protect our artists’ time and efforts. They help to prevent no-shows and ensure our artists are fairly compensated in cases where a last-minute cancellation or no-show results in an unfillable slot.

Deposits are typically 20SGD, however deposit amounts might differ for house calls or other appointments with special requests.

One guest is allowed to accompany you to your appointment as long as you have informed me beforehand!

If you're booking a double session with a friend, you're welcome to attend the appointment together.

Parking slots are available in-front of the studio and near Telok Kurau Road, at the Bluecharge Charging Station.

P.S. Our studio is not wheelchair friendly - unfortunately our studio is located on the 3rd floor of shophouse and has no lift.
